To briefly sum it up, we're Delaney and Shelby, sisters and self-proclaimed home cooks. This page came to fruition when Shelby and her husband moved into their first house, and since that time, they have been trying to prioritize dinners at home. What they quickly realized is that it can be quite time consuming and difficult to plan and prepare dinners each week and wanted to offer a solution to others. We wont bore you with the details on how we came up with each recipe - instead, each week we will curate your grocery list, prepare a weekly schedule of meals, offer detailed recipes, and provide helpful tips and tricks to make your weekly meal prep a breeze. These weekly meal plans are crafted for two people and feature five distinct dinner recipes. Each meal is thoughtfully portioned to ensure you have delicious leftovers for a satisfying reheated lunch. We like to set aside two days each week to allow for a special meal of your choice or a fun date night out, keeping things exciting and fresh. Our aim is to keep our grocery budgets as affordable as possible without compromising on quality. We understand that groceries can be pricey, so we strive to keep our weekly budget under $150. While this may seem high to some, you might already have many of these ingredients at home or find cost-effective substitutes for items on the list. We're relatively new to meal prepping and by no means are professional chefs. However, we wanted to share what’s been working for us in meal planning and how we approach it.
